The worst day ever :/

Threw up in a bowl thanks to a certain time of the month giving me the worst stomach pains ever, hasn’t happened in about a year, poop, on the other hand, i cleaned it up myself and didn’t freak, after years of having a phobia of sick, that’s the best i’ve ever done, and I’m proud of me!
